I love this game! I ended up playing it on my stream last night. Here's a vod if you'd be interested to see my playthrough.

For some reason the game will get through the installation phase, but then wont become playable, saying I need to install it. Not sure what the issue could be.
You don't need to actually install the game. You should just be able to download the zip file, unzip it and click the .exe to launch it.
It only works for Windows at the moment, not sure if you're using windows?
